OUR TEAM
Spicer Building was created by Jason and Nadia Spicer in 2019. The family operated business is based in Torquay, Victoria
JASON SPICER
Jason is a Registered Builder with the Victorian Building Association, offering 20 years of carpentry and project management experience working on high end architectural projects. This allowed him to learn the vital foundations of construction and excel in areas of attention to detail and creating a point of difference in people’s homes. Jason prides himself on developing a good rapport with clients and the local trade community, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable building experience.

I now live in Torquay and love everything about the coastal lifestyle. NADIA SPICER
Nadia brings 15 years of experience within the Health Care Sector with a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management and extensive People and Culture training. This experience assists Jason in the daily operations of the business in the form of people management, occupational health and safety and administrative duties.

The Spicer Building team have the ability to deliver a full service from design to construct. With access to a wide network of experienced and loyal contractors, led by hands-on project and site management, we excel in the delivery of high-quality workmanship.
DESIGN & CONSTRUCT
We offer a unique and personal custom service from design to construct. We will document project requirements and client briefs, provide consultancy, liase with architects and consultants throughout the design process and oversee the regulatory compliance works by completing all pre-construction authority approvals.
CONSTRUCTION & PROJECT
We oversee construction services and manage building compliance, scheduling and the management of subcontractors to achieve overall project delivery in a timely, cost-effective and sustainable manner.
